Chocolate Cake

This recipe is for a super sticky chocolate cake. It is quick and easy to make because you mix everything directly into the pan. Enjoy with whipped cream or ice cream.


Step 1
  • Heat the oven to 175 °.
Step 2
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan. Take the pan off the heat.
Step 3
  • Stir in the sugar and eggs and mix well. Stir in the other ingredients so that everything is well mixed.
Step 4
  • Pour the mixture into a greased tin with a removable edge, about 24 cm in diameter.
Step 5
  • Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes. The cake won't rise much, and will be rather hard on the outside, but wonderfully sticky in the middle.
Step 6
  • Let the cake cool. Sieve over the icing sugar. Serve with cream or ice cream and fruit.
