Chocolate Baked Bananas

Ingredients

Bananas
4
Milk chocolate
75 g
Sour cream
200 ml
Ground cardamom
1 pinch
Chopped hazelnuts
50 g

Instructions

Step 1

  • Heat the oven to 250 °.

Step 2

  • Cut along the length of the banana and push in pieces of chocolate.

Step 3

  • Wrap banana in baking paper. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.

Step 4

  • Whisk the sour cream and flavour with cardamom. Serve the bananas hot and top with nuts and a sprinkle of the cardamom seeds.
