Choco Shock Mug Cake

Make a yummy chocolate mug cake in the microwave - delicious! Top with whipped cream and fresh or frozen berries.


Step 1
  • Place the butter in a porcelain mug that holds about 300ml. Melt it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
Step 2
  • Mix other ingredients and stir into a smooth batter. Divide half of the mixture into an equal mug.
Step 3
  • Cook in the microwave oven for 1-1 ½ min; they should be a little sticky.
Step 4
  • Whip the cream and serve garnished with raspberries.
