Caramel cream topped with blackberries

Dulche de leche is mixed with a thick and creamy Greek yogurt to create a delicious cream topped with blackberries. A perfect balance of sweet and sour.


Step 1
  • Stir in yogurt and caramelised milk.
Step 2
  • Divide into serving glasses and place in refrigerator.
Step 3
  • Stir blackberries and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
Step 4
  • Top the caramel cream with blackberries and crumble over the oat flakes. Top with some mint leaves.
