Berry Yoghurt Ice Cream

This delicious berry ice cream recipe is low in fat, made with Arla Protein Strawberry yogurt and contains 20g of protein per serving!


Step 1
  • Roughly chop half the strawberries and blend the rest into a purée.
Step 2
  • In a bowl, stir the condensed milk into the puréed strawberries then gently stir in the yogurt until well mixed and folded in the chopped strawberries and raspberries.
Step 3
  • Place the mixture into a loaf tin, cover with cling film, and freeze overnight! Remove from the freezer 15 mins before you want to eat it! It can be frozen for up to 1 month.
