Baileys and chocolate cheesecake

Cheesecake that has extra everything to please adult tastes of liqueur and chocolate.


Step 1
  • Heat the oven to 200°. Melt the butter.
Step 2
  • Crush the biscuits into crumbs and mix together with the butter.
Step 3
  • Press the dough out to the edges of a tin with a removable edge, about 24 cm in diameter.
Step 4
  • Bake in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes.
Step 5
  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave or over a water bath.
Step 6
  • Mix together the cream cheese, quark, eggs, liqueur, sugar, vanilla powder and ¾ of the melted chocolate in a bowl and stir until the mixture turns smooth.
Step 7
  • Lower oven temperature to 150°. Pour the batter into the tin and bake in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes.
Step 8
  • Turn off the oven and leave the cake for about 30 minutes in the oven. When the cake is taken out of the oven, drizzle the rest of the melted chocolate on the cake. Let cool completely.
