Baileys and chocolate cheesecake

Name: Baileys and chocolate cheesecake

Ingredients: 15 Digestive biscuits; 75 g butter; 200 g milk chocolate; 600 g fresh cheese; 250 g quark; 2 eggs; 2 tbsp baileys; 100 g granulated sugar; ½ tsp vanilla powder

Cheesecake that has extra everything to please adult tastes of liqueur and chocolate.

Ingredients

Digestive biscuits	15
Butter	75 g
Milk chocolate	200 g
Fresh cheese	600 g
Quark	250 g
Eggs	2
Baileys	2 tbsp
Granulated sugar	100 g
Vanilla powder	½ tsp

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the oven to 200°. Melt the butter.

Step 2

Crush the biscuits into crumbs and mix together with the butter.

Step 3

Press the dough out to the edges of a tin with a removable edge, about 24 cm in diameter.

Step 4

Bake in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes.

Step 5

Melt the chocolate in a microwave or over a water bath.

Step 6

Mix together the cream cheese, quark, eggs, liqueur, sugar, vanilla powder and ¾ of the melted chocolate in a bowl and stir until the mixture turns smooth.

Step 7

Lower oven temperature to 150°. Pour the batter into the tin and bake in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes.

Step 8

Turn off the oven and leave the cake for about 30 minutes in the oven. When the cake is taken out of the oven, drizzle the rest of the melted chocolate on the cake. Let cool completely.
