Instructions

Step 1

Peel the apples, cut them into quarters and remove the core.

Step 2

Cut the apple pieces into wedges and put them in a pan along with water, the split vanilla pod and sugar. Boil the apples with the lid on at low heat for 5 minutes. Cool off the slightly mashed apple pieces and remove the vanilla pod.

Step 3

Beat the cream lightly with icing sugar until whipped. Arrange the apple sauce and the whipped cream into 4 layers. Start with apple sauce and finish with whipped cream.
