Instructions

Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 225 °C.
Step 2
  • Mix the flour, the baking powder, the salt and the sugar in a bowl.
  • Add the cold, cubed butter to the dry ingredients and mix with your hands until crumbly.
Step 3
  • Place the dough in muffin tins and bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes at 225°C.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool down. Your almond scones will then be ready to serve!
