Recipe for 300 ml portions

  • 250 ml Arla Organic Kefir
  • 50 g Parsley
  • 25 g Tarragon Leaves
  • 2 tsp tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsps tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp tsp Salt
  • Grounded Black Pepper



Step 1

Mix kefir, parsley, tarragon and the other ingredients in a blender and blend at the highest speed for around 45 seconds.

Step 2

Place salad dressing covered in the freezer for 30 minutes before serving.

Top Tip

Replace tarragon with parsley or basil if you prefer a milder, less perfumed taste.
