- 400 ml Arla Organic Kefir
- 250 g Mango (diced)
- 2 tbsp tbsp Icing Sugar
- 1 tbsp tbsp Lemon Juice
- 6 Cups Ice Cubes
Put the diced mango, icing sugar and lemon juice into a blender.
Blend at the highest speed for around 45 seconds or until it has a smooth consistency.
Pour the mango puree into two glasses and top with kefir.
Add a few ice cubes and enjoy.
