
Overnight Oats
Prep your breakfast like a boss the night before and enjoy guilt-free gooey oats topped with nuts and fruit for just 170 calories per serving - YUM!


Ingredients
- 100g oatmeal
- 100ml Arla B.O.B. milk
- 1 cup of mixed fresh berries
- A handful of coconut shavings
- 1 apple
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- A handful of mixed nuts
Step 1
Add the oats to a large bowl or divide them up into individual portion servings ready for the next morning.


Step 2
Add Arla B.O.B and stir together.
Step 3
Add the honey, nuts, coconut and fresh fruit. Cover with cling film and leave in the fridge overnight for at least 8 hours.
Your oats will be ready to enjoy the next day.
