Eligibility:

The Arla B.O.B Milk “Win a Hay Fever Survival Kit” Facebook & Instagram Photo Competition (the “Promotion”) is open to UK residents aged 18 and over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and their respective families and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.

 

Promotion open 00:01 on 13.06.2022 to 23.59 on 27.06.2022 (the “Promotional Period”). Internet access required. You can enter with as many photos that qualify for the competition terms as you like. However, no bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted.

 

All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions and participation in the Promotion signifies acceptance of these terms. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Incomplete entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. 

 

How to Enter:

Share a picture of what you’ve created in your garden to help save bees and insects by recycling something from your home. Visit Arla Foods on Facebook and head to the Competition post https://www.facebook.com/letinthegoodness/photos/a.774341662685720/5121380444648465. Follow the instructions in the Facebook and Instagram post (examples will be provided). No purchase of Arla products is necessary.

 

You can share your garden picture via Facebook or Instagram:

  • Facebook – add your pic in the comments of the Competition post
  • Instagram – upload your pic as a Story – and.

 

Facebook Entrants will be required to:

  1. Like The Post on Facebook
  2. Comment – attach a picture of your garden (or outside space)

 

Instagram Entrants will be required to:

  1. Upload your picture as an Instagram Story
  2. Tag @ArlaDairyUKto be counted as an entry
  3. Your picture should show what you’ve created to help the bees in your garden (or outside space)
  4. Arla will pick by random from all entries a total of 30 winners to receive a Hay Fever Survival Kit
  5. Winners will be notified on Facebook within 72 hours of the competition closing date via Facebook Messenger and Instagram Message
  6. Winners will need to respond within 72 hours to receive their prize – with their address to post the Hay Fever Survival Kit to
  7. If we don’t hear from the winners within 72 hours, the prize will be awarded to the next runners up in the Photo Competition
  8. Winners will need to supply us with their postal address so that we can issue them with their prize.
  9. Good Luck – and remember – “Bee” creative!
  10. Your photos must show your own garden or outside area. Images that are not deemed genuine or taken from an online image search – will not qualify as an entry.

 

 

The Prizes:

30 winners will each receive an Arla Hay Fever Survival Kit in the post.

 

All prizes are offered subject to availability and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash will be awarded in lieu of a prize or part of it. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The decisions of the Promoter are final in relation to any aspect of the Promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The names and location of the winners can be obtained by sending an e-mail with the subject line [Arla Dairy “Win a Hay Fever Survival Kit” Facebook & Instagram Photo Competition] to the above address within the eight (8) week period following the end of the Promotional Period.

 

 

Data Protection:

The Promoter respects your data privacy and, as the data controller, will collect and process personal data about you in connection with the Promotion to contact winners, and for no other purpose. If required under applicable legislation, we will share the winners’ names and prize details with the tax authorities, and we may also provide such details upon request to ASA/CAP. If you contact us, we will register the personal data that you provide to us (e.g. name, email address, request details, etc.).

General:

By entering the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted that they are bound by these terms and conditions.

 

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or change the Promotion. They will only do this in exceptional circumstances. The Promoter also has the right to disqualify a participant if they tamper or abuse the entry process and they will not be entitled to the prize if they have acted fraudulently or dishonestly. The Promoter may refuse to award a prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions.

 

In so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not in any circumstances be liable to compensate any participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage or personal injury or death occurring as a result of participating in the Promotion, or taking up any prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter. Your statutory rights are not affected. These terms and conditions and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless your residential address is in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case local law and jurisdiction may be applied.
