Stewed Cabbage

Stewed cabbage is a delicious and tasty addition to any main course.


Step 1
  • Place the cabbage in boiling water in a pan. Boil covered with a lid at a low heat for about 5 minutes. Add the milk and bring to the boil.
Step 2
  • Stir butter and flour together with a fork. Pour the mixture into the pan and boil the stew at low heat without lid for approximately 5 minutes Add parsley and season with salt and pepper.
