Spinach Stir-In Yogurt

A creamy spinach tart that is great with a piece of bread or alongside Persian food.


Step 1
  • Thaw and squeeze out the liquid from the spinach.
Step 2
  • Stir the flour into the milk and mix with the spinach in a saucepan and let boil for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
  • Mix with the yogurt and season with salt and pepper.

50 ml
Turkish yoghurt
