Ingredients: 200 g Chopped Frozen spinach; tbsp wheat flour; 50 ml semi-skimmed milk; 300 g Turkish yoghurt; Salt & pepper

A creamy spinach tart that is great with a piece of bread or alongside Persian food.

Instructions

Step 1

Thaw and squeeze out the liquid from the spinach.

Step 2

Stir the flour into the milk and mix with the spinach in a saucepan and let boil for 3-5 minutes.

Step 3

Mix with the yogurt and season with salt and pepper.
