Potato Gratin With Spinach

Delicious potato gratin with cheese, garlic and spinach. This potato gratin is great as it is, with a salad or with meat!


Step 1
  • Heat the oven to 200 °.
Step 2
  • Peel and slice the potatoes. Coarsely chop the spinach.
Step 3
  • Peel and chop the garlic. Mix the spinach, potatoes, garlic and crumbled feta/salad cheese.
Step 4
  • Season with salt and pepper and place in a greased oven-safe tin. Pour in the cream and milk.
Step 5
  • Bake in the bottom part of the oven 40-45 minutes.
