Ingredients: 400 g Dried Pasta; 4 Litres Water; 4 tsp Coarse Salt; 350 g Broccoli Florets; 5 Celery Stems In Slanted Slices; 2½ tbsp Wheat Flour; 250 ml Milk; 250 ml Vegetable Broth; 75 g Creamy Blue Cheese; tsp Coarse Salt; Freshly Ground Pepper; 200 g Cooked Ham In Strips; 50 g Black Olives

Great homemade cheese sauce, made with blue cheese cheese. Great for pasta.
