Pasta in Mushroom Sauce

Step 1
  • Sweat the red onions and butter in pan. Add the mushrooms and fry them for approximately 3 minutes.
Step 2
  • Pour the vegetable stock in. Let the sauce simmer on a low heat without a lid for approximately 5 minutes.
Step 3
  • Add cream and cook another 5 minutes. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Step 4
  • Mix the cooked pasta and the sauce. Pour into a warm bowl. Top with bacon and parsley.
