Ingredients: 400 g Fresh button mushrooms; 250 ml cooking cream; 2 tsp dijon mustard; 1 Pressed garlic clove; ½ tsp salt; 1 pinch White pepper; 20 g Finely Chopped fresh parsley; 750 g salad mix

A simple but delicate mushroom salad, served with a delicious sauce made with cream, mustard and garlic. Serve with bread.
