Prawn Pasta

Pasta with prawn and lobster sauce.


Step 1
  • Cook the pasta and sugar peas as per the instructions on the packets. Stir the flour into the milk until smooth.
Step 2
  • Put it in a saucepan and add the cream, lobster stock and garlic. Bring the sauce to the boil and let it simmer for approximately 5 minutes - stirring continuously.
Step 3
  • Add in the prawns to the sauce and heat them through thoroughly. .
Step 4
  • Season with lemon juice and pepper. Mix the sauce with the freshly cooked pasta and lightly cooked sugar peas
