Gazpacho with Yogurt

An everyday lunch idea that you can make with pre-made/tinned tomato soup, spices and vinegar. Topped with natural yogurt.


Step 1
  • Pour the soup into a saucepan, add tabasco, vinegar and garlic. Continuously stir until it boils.
Step 2
  • Pour the soup into bowls. Serve cold with a dollop of Arla Skyr Natural Yogurt and sprinkle with herbs.
Top Tip

Serve with crispy rocket and crusty bread.
