Cold Tomato Drink with Milk

A fresh, cold and strong tomato drink with milk. A tasty and non-alcoholic alternative to a Bloody Mary.

Ingredients

Ice cubes of Milk
4
Ice-Cold milk
50 ml
Ice-Cold tomato soup
100 ml
Fresh fresh basil Leaves
10 g
Freshly Squeezed lime juice
½ tsp
Tabasco sauce
2 Drops
Flake salt
Thin Stem of celery

Instructions

Step 1

  • Freeze 50ml milk to make 4 ice cubes - eg the day before. Get ice-cold milk, "ice cubes", tomato soup, basil, lime juice and tabasco sauce in a blender.

Step 2

  • Blend at highest speed until the mixture is smooth and foamy. Taste. Pour the drink into a tall glass, garnish with a basil leaf and sea salt. Serve immediately with a celery stick.

The tomato drink can only be whipped together in a bowl - if it is made without ice cubes but with a total of 100 ml cold ice milk and finely chopped basil.

The amount of fresh basil depends on how strong the herb is.
