Cheesy Potato Gratin

Yummy potatoes with a taste of cheese and chilli butter. Often used as a great accompaniment for meat or with a salad.

Instructions

Step 1
  • Peel and cook the potatoes. Let it cool. Core and dice pepper.
Step 2
  • Melt the butter. Mix butter, sambal oelek and garlic.
Step 3
  • Slice the potatoes and place them on ovenproof dishes. Pour over butter, sprinkle with peppers and cheese.
Step 4
  • Put under the grill for 5 - 10 minutes.
