Cheese Salad

Ingredients: tbsp dijon mustard; tsp fine salt; Freshly pepper; 1 tbsp white wine vinegar; 3 tbsp olive oil; 5 slices Sandwich Stale Bread Without The Crust, Cut Into Cubes; 25 g butter In Smaller Pieces; 150 g bacon In Thin Slices; 1 kilo Iceberg lettuce Torn Into Pieces; 200 g Grated Cheddar cheese

A French inspired salad, which was popular in the 90s.

Instructions

Step 1

Mix the mustard with salt, pepper and vinegar. Mix the oil in. Taste.

Step 2

Spread the bread and butter in a small roasting pan and put them into the middle of the oven to cook for 12 minutes at 225 °, turning them 2-3 times.

Step 3

Cut the bacon slices into smaller pieces. Cook on a low heat in a dry pan until crisp. Leave on greaseproof paper.

Step 4

Assemble the salad with cheese, bacon and bread on one large or two smaller dishes. Serve the dressing next to it.
