Cauliflower Cheese Gratin

Offer cauliflower cheese for lunch - completely vegetarian or together with ham. Parsley adds to both the colour and the taste.


Step 1
  • Heat the oven to 225 °.
Step 2
  • Chop the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water for about 5 minutes. Put the cauliflower in an ovenproof dish.
Step 3
  • Pour on cheese sauce, pepper and sprinkle with cheese. Cook in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle the parsley over before serving.
