Name: Cucumber and Mint Smoothie
Ingredients: 3 Stems fresh mint; 150 g cucumbers in small pieces; 150 ml Arla® B.o.b milk; 1 tsp lime zest, unsprayed (unwaxed), plus extra for garnish; 2 tsp Freshly Squeezed lime juice; Freshly peppers; Half Cup of ice; lime zest, unsprayed; fresh mint Leaves; cucumbers in strips and rings; flake salt

Instructions

Step 1

Put cucumber, mint and 100ml of milk in a blender and blend at the highest speed until everything is combined and smooth.

Step 2

Put in the rest of the milk together with the lime peel, juice, pepper and ice. Blend for a moment and taste the drink.

Step 3

Pour it into a tall glass and decorate with mint, cucumber, lime zest and sea salt. Serve immediately.
