Beef Meatballs

Spicy beef meatballs rolled in sesame seeds!


Step 1
  • Stir meat, cheese, milk, chilli pepper and salt together. Place the mixture covered in the refrigerator for approximately 15 minutes.
Step 2
  • Turn the mixture into 16 small meatballs and toss them in sesame seeds. In a pan, melt half of the butter until it becomes golden. Brown approx 8 meatballs, 1 minute on each side.
Step 3
  • Then fry them on a low heat for approximately 10 minutes - turn occasionally. Repeat with the rest of the meatballs.
Top Tip

If you want spicy meatballs, don't throw away the seeds of the chilli pepper as this is where the spice is!

Top Tip

For the lunch box Pack the beef meatballs in greaseproof paper. Also pack a slice of rye bread with a little butter, into the greaseproof paper. Make a carrot salad of grated carrot, little orange slices and raisins. Put the carrot salad in a box and some green peppers. Remember a spoon or fork for the carrot salad.
