Beef Chilli Enchiladas

Enchiladas, grilled tortillas, stuffed with tasty chilli and creamy cheese. Prepare for this to become the new favourite and the variant for taco dinners.


Step 1
  • Heat the oven to 225°.
Step 2
  • Put the beef chili, most of the tomato salsa and half of the cheeses onto the tortilla. Roll up and place in a greased ovenproof dish.
Step 3
  • Pour the rest of the tomato salsa over the tortilla and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the center of the oven for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
  • Serve with yogurt and lettuce.
