Ingredients: 8 Large tortillas Wraps; 400 g beef Chilli; 200 ml Tomato salsa; 200 g Grated mozzarella; 150 g Grated Grated Mexican Cheese; 200 ml Natural yoghurt; 1 handful Ground ground coriander; 1 lettuce

Enchiladas, grilled tortillas, stuffed with tasty chilli and creamy cheese. Prepare for this to become the new favourite and the variant for taco dinners.

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the oven to 225°.

Step 2

Put the beef chili, most of the tomato salsa and half of the cheeses onto the tortilla. Roll up and place in a greased ovenproof dish.

Step 3

Pour the rest of the tomato salsa over the tortilla and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the center of the oven for about 10 minutes.

Step 4

Serve with yogurt and lettuce.
