Arla B.O.B Carrot Cake Porridge

Warm up with a wholesome breakfast that tastes like dessert! Made with Arla B.O.B, the skimmed milk that tastes like semi, this carrot cake porridge is healthy but delicious.


Step 1
  • Grate the carrot into a saucepan, along with the oats, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger
Step 2
  • Pour in the Arla B.O.B milk and maple syrup, then stir. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a low simmer
Step 3
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, until the porridge reaches your preferred consistency. If needed, add a little milk or water to thin the porridge when cooking.
Step 4
  • Serve with pecans and the healthy toppings of your choice!
