
Raw Porridge with Kefir
Raw porridge with kefir is a delicious alternative to the traditional cooked porridge - this recipe is quick and will easily fit into your morning routine.
Ingredients
Recipe for 2 Servings portions
- 300 ml Arla Organic Kefir
- 100 g Whole Grain Porridge Oats
- 1 Apple (Diced)
- 75 g Blueberries
- 100 g Mango (Diced)
- 25 g Almonds (Toasted and Chopped)
- 2 tsp Honey
- 2 tsp Vanilla Sugar

Step 1
Mix kefir, vanilla sugar, apple cubes and half of the oats together in a bowl.
Step 2
Mix the ingredients together with a hand blender until the porridge is mixed well.
Step 3
Stir in the rest of the oats into the porridge followed by the blueberries, mango and almonds - save some of the fruit and almonds to garnish.
Step 4
Serve the porridge in two bowls and decorate with the remaining fruit.
Step 5
Finally, drizzle the honey on top and enjoy!
