Green Charger Smoothie
Supercharge your day with this healthy smoothie made with Arla Lactofree.
Ingredients

Smothie
- 500 ml Arla Arla Lactofree Semi-Skimmed Milk
- 180 g Frozen Pineapple
- 100 g Frozen Mango
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 60 g Baby Spinach Leaves
- 30 g Kale
Topping
- 2 Fresh Pineapple Wedges

Step 1
In a blender, whizz together milk, frozen pineapple, frozen mango and honey. Pour out a third of the mixture into a glass and set aside.
Step 2
Add the spinach and kale to the remaining mix and whizz until smooth.
Step 3
Top up the glasses you set aside in step 1 with the green smoothie mixture and swirl with a spoon. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and enjoy!
