Recipe for 2 Servings portions


  • 500 ml Arla Arla Lactofree Semi-Skimmed Milk
  • 180 g Frozen Pineapple
  • 100 g Frozen Mango
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 60 g Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 30 g Kale


  • 2 Fresh Pineapple Wedges



Step 1

In a blender, whizz together milk, frozen pineapple, frozen mango and honey. Pour out a third of the mixture into a glass and set aside.

Step 2

Add the spinach and kale to the remaining mix and whizz until smooth.

Step 3

Top up the glasses you set aside in step 1 with the green smoothie mixture and swirl with a spoon. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and enjoy!

Top Tip

If you're in a rush, save time by skipping the separation of the mixture and just blend it all together.
