Kefir and Pear Muesli

A deliciously different take on the classic overnight oats - a tasty way to start your day.

Step 1
  • Mix together the porridge oats, grated pear, kefir, milk and the honey.
Step 2
  • Leave to soak and chill in the fridge for at least an hour, but best kept overnight.
Step 3
  • When you're ready to serve, check the consistency and add a little more kefir if you what to loosen the mixture slightly and then top with the raspberries, blueberries and a drizzle of honey.
Topping Suggestions

Mix things up and try topping with roughly chopped nuts, dried fruits or diced figs. You can even try adding a sprinkling of cinnamon for extra flavour.
