Recipe for 4 Servings portions

  • 200 g Porridge Oats
  • 500 ml Arla Organic Kefir
  • 100 ml Semi Skimmed Milk
  • 2 Grated Pears
  • 1 tbsp tbsp Honey


  • 80 g Blueberries
  • 80 g Raspberries



Step 1

Mix together the porridge oats, grated pear, kefir, milk and the honey.

Step 2

Leave to soak and chill in the fridge for at least an hour, but best kept overnight.

Step 3

When you're ready to serve, check the consistency and add a little more kefir if you what to loosen the mixture slightly and then top with the raspberries, blueberries and a drizzle of honey.

Topping Suggestions

Mix things up and try topping with roughly chopped nuts, dried fruits or diced figs. You can even try adding a sprinkling of cinnamon for extra flavour.
