  • 1 tbsp tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Red onion, chopped
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 tbsp tbsp Tomato Pure
  • 400 g Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 handful Basil leaves
  • A pinch of Bicarbonate of soda
  • 550 ml Arla B.O.B Milk



Heat the olive oil in a large pan, then add the onion and garlic. Cook over a medium heat until the onion has softened, then stir in the tomato puree.

Next, add the chopped tomatoes and basil leaves, and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down and leave to simmer for approximately 15 minutes, until thickened.

Add the bicarbonate of soda to a separate bowl, along with 1 tbsp of the Arla B.O.B milk. Mix together, then add to the tomato mix with the rest of the milk.

Bring to a boil and gently simmer for 5 minutes until ready to serve
