Recipe for 1 Serving portions

  • 1 Grated Carrot
  • 100 g Rolled Oats
  • 1 tsp tsp ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground Ginger
  • 150 ml Arla B.O.B Milk
  • 1 tsp tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 handful of Pecans



Grate the carrot into a saucepan, along with the oats, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger

Pour in the Arla B.O.B milk and maple syrup, then stir. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a low simmer

Cook, stirring occasionally, until the porridge reaches your preferred consistency. If needed, add a little milk or water to thin the porridge when cooking.

Serve with pecans and the healthy toppings of your choice!
