Potato Casserole

Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients: 25 g butter; ½ Coarse Grained celeriac; 800 g potatoes In Cubes; 400 ml Vegetable bouillon; 1½ tsp coarse salt; 3 leeks In Thick Slanted Slices; 100 ml Single Cream; 1 tsp pepper; 1 handful Chopped Fresh Bunch Of fresh parsley; 400 g Fried sausages; 200 g Pickled beets

Potato casserole with celeriac and leek is creamy, delicious and easy to prepare. Try adding sausages or ham.

Instructions

Step 1

Melt butter in a pan at high heat, without burning. Sweat the celery in the butter.

Step 2

Add potatoes, stock and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer on low heat under a lid for approximately 20 minutes.

Step 3

Add the leeks and cream. Bring to the boil again and let it simmer under low heat with the lid on for approximately 5 minutes. Taste.
