Pâté

Have pâté for lunch and have the rest for dinner the next day with warm red cabbage.

Instructions

Step 1
  • Put the French bread slices in milk for approximately 10 minutes. Add the other ingredients and stir well together.
Step 2
  • Pour the mxture into a greased ovenproof pâté tin (about 1½ litres). Place the pâté without a lid in the middle of the oven and bake for 1 hour at 200 °.
