Ingredients

  • 75 ml Maple Syrup .
  • 75 ml Apple Juice .
  • 1 Tbsp Sunflower Oil .
  • 175 g Rolled Porridge Oats .
  • 50 g Walnuts, chopped .
  • 75 g Pumpkin Seeds .
  • 50 g sunflower Seeds .
  • 25 g Golden linseeds .
  • 100 g Raisins .
  • 1 Glass of Lactofree Dairy Drink (Semi-Skimmed) to serve

Preheat the oven to 170⁰C (150⁰ fan), gas 3.

Stir the maple syrup, apple juice and oil together in a bowl with a pinch of salt then and then toss with the oats, walnuts and seeds.

Spread the mixture out on a large baking tray and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure it all toasts evenly.

Leave the granola to cool completely and then stir in the raisins.

Serve with Lactofree® Dairy Drink (Semi-Skimmed).
