Hello! I'm SJ from Dawnstalkers open water swimming group, and I’m very excited to partner with Arla LactoFREE because I have been using their products for over 15 years! Wait?! How old am i?! Arla Great North Swim is the most popular outdoor swimming event in the UK, and it will be amazing to go back to my roots up north and back in Lake Windermere near where my open water swimming journey began.

I’m Sarah and I’m known for being passionate about walking and all things outdoors, I’m so excited to partner with Arla Lactofree and The Great North Swim and I cannot wait to be back in the Lake District enjoying some of the most stunning scenery Britain has to offer. If I’m not out walking and documenting the routes I take, you’ll find me running the trails or taking a dip in any waterfall I can find. Hi! I’m Lottie and a huge enthusiast of anything outdoors! I’m primarily a hiker but can never resist a swim after a long day in the mountains. The thought of deep water has always slightly terrified me but this year I’m determined to get more confident in open water and can’t wait to rise to the challenge!

Hi, I'm Nicola Parry (aka sheexplores_uk) This year, I'm excited to take part in the Arla Great North Swim at Lake Windermere.

About me...I am a waterfall chaser, avid walker, wild dipper and always in search of new places to explore. I set up social channels to show my love for the UK and all its hidden wonders, sharing breath-taking (often off the beaten track) vistas. When I'm not up to my neck in freezing pools, I work full time in secondary education and my department say they can usually hear me before they see me.
