Raspberry Muffins

Delicious raspberry muffins that are quick to bake and taste wonderful. The raspberries can be replaced with other berries.

Instructions

Step 1
  • Heat the oven to 200 °.
Step 2
  • Melt the butter and allow to cool. Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy. Stir in the melted butter and milk.
Step 3
  • Mix in the flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Spoon the mixture into 12 muffin moulds.
Step 4
  • Mix butter, flour (30g), oatmeal and sugar into a dough. Sprinkle the raspberries into the muffin moulds and top with the dough.
Step 5
  • Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
