300 ml
Oats
200 g
4 tbsp
Honey
2 tbsp
Chia seeds
2 tbsp
Ground cinnamon
2 tsp
Salt
1 pinch
Apple
1

2 tbsp
Peanut butter
1 tsp
Ground cinnamon
1 tsp

Instructions

  • Stir all the ingredients together into a porridge.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 glasses or pots, and place into the fridge overnight.
  • Cut your apple into cubes and place on top of porridge, with peanut butter and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
