Simple Cheesecake

A beautifully light and tasty cheesecake made with cottage cheese, which has a taste of almond and goes particularly well with cloudberry jam.

Instructions

Step 1
  • Heat the oven to 175 °.
Step 2
  • Whisk the eggs and sugar together. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a greased ovenproof tin/mould and bake in the middle of the oven for 35-45 minutes.
Step 3
  • Serve the cheesecake warm with cloudberry jam and whipped cream.
