Coconut Smoothie with Mango and Pineapple

Here you get the whole of the Caribbean in a glass! If you want to make it even more special, then top with roasted coconut.

Instructions

Step 1
  • Thaw the frozen mangos, mix and add to the bottom of 2 glasses.
Step 2
  • Add the coconut milk, BOB milk, tropical juice, yogurt, and banana into a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 3
  • Pour the smoothie mixture over the top of the mangos in the glasses and enjoy.
