Chocolate Milk Refuel Smoothie

This healthy and delicious smoothie is the perfect snack to refuel after a power workout.

Ingredients

100 ml Coconut milk
500 ml Cocoa
100 g Frozen strawberries
50 g Frozen blueberries
2 Frozen bananas
50 g Cocoa powder
20 g Spinach
50 g Lactose-Free Pea or Hemp protein powder

Instructions

Step 1

  • In a blender, whizz together the chocolate milk, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, spinach and protein powder until smooth.

Step 2

  • Divide between 2 tall glasses.

Top Tip

Arla LactoFREE Semi-Skimmed Milk works well too if you don’t have coconut milk. If you don’t have protein powder, 30g of cashews can be used instead.
