Yogurt Cake

Try this yogurt cake with apricot. It is full of flavour, with a fresh taste of apricot. Enjoy as a dessert or with a coffee!

Instructions

Step 1

Sieve the canned apricots.

Step 2

Brush a spring-based tin (24 cm in diameter) with the melted butter. Sprinkle the bottom with sugar and then place the apricots with the curved side down.

Step 3

Beat eggs and sugar. Adding the butter in a little at a time. Add yogurt. Mix in flour and baking soda and fold the mixture gently.

Step 4

Pour the mixture over the apricots and place the cake in the middle of the oven, bake for 50 minutes at 175 °.

Step 5

Mix the ingredients and taste. Serve the yogurt sauce.

Melted butter	25 g
Sugar	1 tsp

Dough

Eggs	3
Sugar	125 g
Melted, Cooled butter	100 g
Wheat flour	100 g
Baking powder	1 tsp

Yogurt Sauce

Creme fraiche	175 ml
Pouring yoghurt	220 ml
Sugar	2½ tbsp
Vanilla sugar	1 tsp
