Winter Salad

A lovely colourful salad! Serve the salad at room temperature and preferably with fresh bread.

Instructions

Step 1
  • Fry the bulgur wheat and saffron in butter in a pan. Pour in the stock and cook with the lid on according to the package.
Step 2
  • Cut the chicken into pieces. Fry the chicken in butter in a frying pan for about 7 minutes. Salt and pepper.
Step 3
  • Cut the avocado into pieces. Divide the pomegranate into quarters to remove the seeds.
Step 4
  • Prepare the salad in a bowl - adding the bulgur wheat, chicken, avocado, pomegranate and crumbled cheese. Serve with bread."
