Vanilla Panna Cotta

Name: Vanilla Panna Cotta

Ingredients: 1 vanilla pod; 2 leaf gelatine; 300 ml Organic whipped cream; 80 g caster sugar; 300 ml sour cream

Lovely fresh panna cotta made with vanilla, a dessert that is always appreciated. Decorate with fresh berries!

Vanilla pod	1
Leaf gelatine	2
Organic whipped cream	300 ml
Caster sugar	80 g
Sour cream	300 ml

Instructions

Step 1

Soak the gelatin leaves 5 minutes. Split the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds.

Step 2

Boil cream, vanilla pods and sugar. Stir in the gelatin and then the sour cream.

Step 3

Pour into a glass and allow to cool in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
