Enjoy this low-fat salad dressing with a delicious tang.


Step 1
  • Mix kefir, parsley, tarragon and the other ingredients in a blender and blend at the highest speed for around 45 seconds.
Step 2
  • Place salad dressing covered in the freezer for 30 minutes before serving.
Top Tip

Replace tarragon with parsley or basil if you prefer a milder, less perfumed taste.
