Raspberry Mousse

Ingredients: 100 g white chocolate; 200 ml sour cream; 200 g Fresh raspberries; white chocolate for garnish; lemon balm Leaves

A delicious sweet dessert using raspberries and sour cream which gives a fresh taste, against the sweet chocolate. The mousse is also yummy when using regular whipped cream, if you wish.

Ingredients

100 g White chocolate
200 ml Sour cream
200 g Fresh raspberries
White chocolate for garnish
Lemon balm Leaves

Instructions

Step 1

Chop up the chocolate. Bring the sour cream to the boil, remove from heat and stir in the chocolate until it melts. Then let it cool. Store in a cool place overnight.
