Oatmeal with Raspberries

Classic oatmeal, fresh with raspberries, almonds and seeds. Energy-rich and good without jam or sugar.

Ingredients

75 g Oatmeal
2 tbsp Crushed flaxseed
2 tbsp Sunflower kernels
2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp Almond flakes
1 pinch Salt
300 ml Water
100 g Frozen raspberries
Semi-skimmed milk

Instructions

Step 1

  • Mix all ingredients except raspberries in a saucepan. Simmer whilst stirring for 4-5 minutes.

Step 2

  • Stir in the raspberries towards the end of the total cooking time.

Step 3

  • Serve with milk and top with extra raspberries and almonds.
