Ingredients

Butter
175 g
Granulated sugar
150 g
Wheat flour
250 g
Oatmeal
350 g
Bicarbonate of soda
tsp
Salt
tsp

Instructions

Step 1

  • Heat the oven to 200°.

Step 2

  • Mix the butter and sugar together in a food processor.

Step 3

  • Add in the other ingredients and mix until a smooth mixture is formed.

Step 4

  • Roll the mixture into a sausage shape and leave it to rest in a cold place for about 30 minutes.

Step 5

  • Cut out 30 cookies and place on a tray lined with baking paper.

Step 6

  • Bake the cookies in the middle of the oven for about 9 minutes, allow to cool before serving.
