Ingredients: 1 egg; 80 g caster sugar; 50 ml semi-skimmed milk; 50 ml butter; 90 g wheat flour; 1 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp vanilla sugar; 1 tbsp cocoa; 150 ml Vanilla quark

Egg	1
Caster sugar	80 g
Semi-skimmed milk	50 ml
Butter	50 ml
Wheat flour	90 g
Baking soda	1 tsp
Vanilla sugar	1 tsp
Cocoa	1 tbsp

Topping

Vanilla quark	150 ml

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the oven to 200 °.

Step 2

Mix the eggs and sugar together until light and creamy. Add the milk and butter. Then mix the dry ingredients together and stir gently into the egg mixture.
